At enterprise scale, a chatbot cannot be a system that gives everyone the same answer. A dealer should see their own account balance but never someone else’s. An employee should be able to ask about their own leave, while their manager can see the whole team’s. That is why, in enterprise chatbot projects, most of our effort goes into authentication and authorisation.

The bot recognises the user by phone number, customer code or corporate sign-in and shows only the data that belongs to them. Every query is logged, so you can audit who accessed which information and when. For answers containing personal data, retention periods and masking rules are defined up front, in line with GDPR and, for operations in Turkey, KVKK.

The use cases are broad: first-line customer support, dealer order and balance enquiries, employee leave and payroll questions, and field teams logging faults from site. For international companies running Turkish operations, the same bot can serve local dealers in Turkish and head-office staff in English. The benefit is always the same: repetitive, low-value requests leave people’s desks and teams get back to the work that matters.
