What Inaccurate Stock Actually Costs
Inventory error is rarely a single dramatic loss. It is a slow tax: sales made on stock that is not there, emergency purchases of items sitting in the wrong aisle, write-offs at year end that nobody can explain, and a monthly count that stops the operation for two days.
The root cause is almost always the same — stock moves physically before, or instead of, being recorded digitally. A WMS closes that gap by making the physical movement itself the record: the scan is the transaction, not a note to enter later.

RFID or Barcode: an Honest Comparison
Barcode is cheap, mature and accurate, and it is the right answer for most warehouses. It requires line of sight and one scan per item, which is fine at moderate volumes.
RFID reads many tags at once, without line of sight, which turns a pallet count from ninety seconds into two, and makes gate-level automatic tracking possible. It costs more per tag and needs care around metal and liquids. It earns its cost in high-volume, high-value or fast-moving environments, and in asset tracking.
Most of our deployments are hybrid: barcode as the backbone, RFID applied only where the maths clearly works. We will tell you which parts of your operation justify it rather than selling the whole site on tags.
Integration With ERP, Accounting and Sales Channels
A WMS that does not talk to your ERP creates a second version of the truth, which is worse than having one imperfect version. We integrate two-way with your ERP or accounting system, your e-commerce store, marketplaces and cargo providers, so a sale reserves stock immediately and a receipt updates availability everywhere.
Where an existing system has no API we work with database integration or scheduled exchange, and every sync is logged so a discrepancy can always be traced to a specific event rather than argued about.
Hardware, Rollout and Training
We specify and configure the hardware with you: handheld terminals, mobile printers, fixed and gate readers, tags and label stock. Choosing devices that survive your environment matters as much as the software.
Rollout starts with a location map and an opening count, then runs in parallel with your current method for an agreed period so trust is earned before the old process is switched off. Floor staff get short, role-specific training, and supervisors get the reporting they need to spot problems in the first weeks.
