Three Ways to Work With Us
Dedicated team. A named group of engineers works only on your product, joins your stand-ups, uses your repository and your ticket board, and reports to your product owner. In practice it behaves like an in-house team that you did not have to recruit, equip or retain.
Staff augmentation. You already have a team and need two more backend developers for six months. We place specific people with specific skills into your existing structure, and you manage them directly.
Managed delivery. You define the outcome and we own the delivery: analysis, architecture, build, QA and release, against agreed milestones. Best when you want a result rather than a team to run.
Why Companies Outsource Engineering
The maths is rarely only about hourly rates. Recruiting a senior developer in Western Europe takes months and carries agency fees, equipment, office cost, training, holiday, sick leave and the risk that they resign in year two. An outsourced team converts that fixed, lumpy cost into a monthly figure you can turn up or down.
Speed matters as much as cost. A team can start within two to three weeks rather than after a hiring cycle. And when a project ends you scale down without redundancy processes.
The third reason is access to skills you do not need permanently: a DevOps specialist for a migration, a security engineer for a review, a data engineer for one pipeline.

Time Zone, Language and Working Culture
We work from Turkey, which puts us one to two hours ahead of Western Europe and only a short shift from the Gulf. That means real overlapping hours: a question asked at nine in the morning in Amsterdam or Riyadh is answered the same morning, not the next day.
Our engineers work in English, and Arabic-language coordination is available for Gulf clients. Communication runs through your channels — Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, GitHub — not through a separate account-manager layer that filters what you hear.
How We Keep Quality Predictable
Every engagement has a named technical lead who is accountable for output, and a written definition of done. Code goes through pull-request review, automated tests and a staging environment before it reaches production.
You get a weekly written report with what shipped, what is in progress, what is blocked and where the estimate has moved. Access to the repository, the board and the environments is yours from day one, so you can verify progress rather than take our word for it.
Contracts and Pricing
Dedicated teams and augmentation are billed monthly per engineer, with the rate depending on seniority and specialisation. There is no minimum multi-year lock-in; the standard notice period is thirty days.
Managed delivery is quoted fixed price against a written specification after a discovery phase. Intellectual property, confidentiality and data protection terms are agreed in writing before the first line of code, and all work product belongs to you.
