Creative Is the Main Lever

Meta’s delivery system has become very good at finding buyers if you show it something worth showing. What it cannot do is rescue a weak ad. In practice, the difference between a campaign at a workable cost per acquisition and one at three times that is almost always the creative, not the audience settings.

So we run creative as a testing programme rather than a design task: several distinct angles rather than colour variations of one idea, formats matched to placement, the first two seconds carrying the message because most people never see the third, and captions burned in because sound-off is the default.

We test systematically, retire losers on a rule rather than on sentiment, and keep a library of what worked so the next round starts from evidence.

Tracking That Survives Privacy Changes

Browser-based pixel tracking has been steadily degraded by privacy changes, ad blockers and platform restrictions. Accounts still relying on it alone are under-reporting conversions, which starves the algorithm of exactly the signal it needs.

We implement server-side tracking through the Conversions API alongside the pixel, deduplicate events so nothing is double counted, pass hashed customer data where it is permitted and appropriate, and set conversion values so the system optimises toward revenue rather than event count. This is usually the single highest-impact fix in an underperforming account.

Account Structure and Budget

Meta rewards consolidation. Too many small ad sets fragment the data, so nothing exits the learning phase and every campaign optimises on noise. We consolidate into fewer, better-funded campaigns with broad targeting and let the creative do the segmentation.

Retargeting is structured by intent rather than lumped together: someone who viewed a product yesterday, someone who abandoned a cart, and someone who bought six months ago need three different messages. And we exclude recent purchasers so you stop paying to advertise to people who already bought.

What We Manage

  • Facebook and Instagram campaign strategy and setup
  • Creative production: static, video and carousel
  • Copywriting in Turkish, English and Arabic
  • Conversions API and pixel implementation with deduplication
  • Catalogue and dynamic product ads for e-commerce
  • Retargeting and customer-list audiences
  • Lead-form campaigns with CRM integration
  • Structured creative testing with documented results
  • Budget management and scaling decisions
  • Monthly reporting on cost per acquisition and return on ad spend

What We Report and What We Do Not

Reach, impressions and engagement are inputs. We report them, but they do not lead the conversation. The report leads with spend, conversions, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend where revenue is trackable, what we changed, what happened, and what we are testing next.

We also reconcile platform-reported conversions against your actual back-end numbers, because Meta’s attribution is generous by design. Managing to the platform’s figure rather than to your own revenue is one of the more expensive mistakes in paid social. Your ad account, pixel and audiences stay in your ownership throughout.
