Electrical contractors run power and low-current contracts on building sites on one hand and fault and maintenance services on the other. Cable, junction boxes, fuses and panel materials leave the warehouse unrecorded, nobody knows how much went into which job, and crews report timesheets and work done by phone. In the system we build, every job opens with an itemised quote, and materials are issued from the warehouse by project and returns are booked back. Crews enter jobs, hours and test results in the app; earthing and insulation test certificates are prepared, and valuations are calculated automatically from quantities.

Problems we see in electrical firms
- Materials leaving the warehouse unrecorded
- No knowledge of material and labour cost per project
- Test and inspection reports prepared in a scattered way
- Crew timesheets and fault calls run by phone

How it works day to day
- 1
After the survey an itemised quote is prepared.
- 2
For the approved job, materials are issued from the warehouse to the project.
- 3
The crew enters the work done and hours on site.
- 4
Test and measurement results are added to the report.
- 5
The valuation comes from the quantities and leftover materials are returned to the warehouse.

Integrations
Off-the-shelf software or custom-built?
When off-the-shelf is enough
For tradespeople who do small fault jobs, general service tracking apps can be enough.
When custom software pays off
If contract projects, the warehouse, crew timesheets and valuations run together, a custom system removes material leakage and cost uncertainty.
How the budget is built
We launch the workflow that saves you the most time first, then add modules based on real usage. The full scope below is calculated with 20 screens and 9 modules; the final price follows a free discovery call and a written scope.
Maintenance and improvements (optional): €450 / month. Hosting, SMS, WhatsApp and app store fees are listed separately.
Frequently asked questions

Do test certificates come out in an official format?
A PDF is prepared from the report template you use, with the test values and signature fields.
Can crews work on site without internet?
The app records offline and sends the data to head office once a connection returns.
Who can issue materials?
By permission setting, only the storekeeper or site manager can issue and return materials.
