How the day went on a construction site usually stays in the site manager’s notebook or in scattered photos in a WhatsApp group. Which subcontractor worked with how many people, which work was finished on which block and what the delivery note said for the rebar that arrived all become points of dispute at the month-end valuation. In the system we build, the site manager fills in the daily report from a phone every evening: timesheets, subcontractor crews, work completed, photos, materials received and weather. Head office follows every site from a single dashboard, and timesheet and valuation lists are ready at month end.

Problems we see on construction sites
- Timesheets kept on paper and disputed at month end
- Progress photos lost in WhatsApp groups
- Subcontractor valuations that cannot be matched to quantities
- Delivered materials not checked against delivery notes

How it works day to day
- 1
In the morning crews arrive and the manager marks attendance on a phone.
- 2
During the day completed work is photographed by block and floor.
- 3
Delivered materials are entered together with the delivery note.
- 4
In the evening the manager completes and approves the daily report.
- 5
At month end head office pulls timesheets and subcontractor valuations from the reports.

Integrations
Off-the-shelf software or custom-built?
When off-the-shelf is enough
For small builders with a single site, ready-made site diary apps are usually enough to start with.
When custom software pays off
With several sites, many subcontractors and your own valuation rules, a custom system noticeably cuts month-end reconciliation time and disputes.
How the budget is built
We launch the workflow that saves you the most time first, then add modules based on real usage. The full scope below is calculated with 18 screens and 9 modules; the final price follows a free discovery call and a written scope.
Maintenance and improvements (optional): €450 / month. Hosting, SMS, WhatsApp and app store fees are listed separately.
Frequently asked questions

Timesheet data can be exported to Excel or in the import format of your accounting or payroll software.
Can subcontractors access the system?
If you wish, subcontractors get limited access showing only their own crews and valuations.
Can our old site records be migrated?
Timesheets and material lists kept in Excel are imported during setup.
