What "Dedicated" Actually Means

The word is used loosely, so here is our definition. Named engineers, allocated full time to your product and to nothing else. They join your stand-ups, work in your repository and your ticket system, follow your coding standards, and talk to your product owner directly.

What it is not: a pool of people shared across four clients, a fixed-scope project with a different label, or a layer of account management that filters what you hear. If a supplier cannot tell you the names of the people or refuses to let you interview them, it is not a dedicated team.

When It Fits Better Than a Project

A fixed-price project is the right structure when the scope can be pinned down and will not move. A dedicated team is better when the opposite is true: you are building a product, priorities shift as you learn, and what matters is sustained delivery capacity rather than a signed-off specification.

It also fits when you need to move faster than hiring allows. Recruiting a senior engineer takes months and carries agency fees, equipment, onboarding and the risk of a bad hire. A team can start in two to three weeks and scale down again without a redundancy process.

Roles You Can Include

  • Backend engineers: PHP and Laravel, Node.js, Python, .NET, Java
  • Frontend engineers: React, Vue, Next.js, TypeScript
  • Mobile engineers: Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, React Native
  • DevOps and cloud engineers
  • QA engineers, manual and automation
  • UI and UX designers
  • Business analysts and product owners
  • Technical lead accountable for delivery

Most teams start with two to four people and grow as the roadmap justifies it. You can change the composition between sprints rather than being locked into a fixed shape.

How the Team Works With You

You set the priorities; we are responsible for delivery quality. In practice that means your product owner runs the backlog, our technical lead is accountable for what ships, and everything happens in your systems so you can see progress rather than be told about it.

Every engagement has a written definition of done, pull-request review, automated tests where they earn their keep, and a staging environment before production. You get a weekly written summary covering what shipped, what is in progress, what is blocked and any change in estimates.

Time zones help: Turkey is one to two hours ahead of Western Europe and close to Gulf working hours, so there is genuine overlap rather than a message-a-day cycle.

Rates, Contracts and Continuity

Billing is a transparent monthly rate per engineer, based on seniority and specialisation, with no percentage markup on anything and no multi-year lock-in. The standard notice period is thirty days.

Continuity is our risk, not yours: knowledge is documented and shared across the team rather than held in one head, and if someone leaves we provide a replacement with a paid handover overlap. Confidentiality, IP assignment and data-protection terms are agreed in writing before onboarding, and all work product is yours.
