Ready-mix concrete is a race against the clock: if a pour starts at seven in the morning, the order of the mixers, the position of the pump and the plant’s output must be planned in advance. When orders are taken by phone and written on a board, mixers wait on site, the concrete starts to set and delivery tickets get mixed up. In the system we build, a pour order is taken with concrete class, volume, pump requirement and time, and the planning screen places mixers and pumps on a pour calendar. Drivers report departure, arrival and discharge times from the app, and electronic delivery tickets are generated automatically.

Problems we see at concrete plants
- Mixers queuing on site
- Volume and class errors in orders taken by phone
- Delivery tickets that do not match the quantity delivered
- Cube sample and slump records kept in scattered places

How it works day to day
- 1
The customer orders a pour with date, time and volume.
- 2
The planning screen assigns mixers and pumps.

The driver closes arrival and discharge in the app on site.
- 5
When the pour ends, volume, samples and account movements are reported.

Integrations
Off-the-shelf software or custom-built?
When off-the-shelf is enough
For a single plant with few mixers, the reports of the batching automation plus general bookkeeping software may be enough for a while.
When custom software pays off
With several plants, a large mixer fleet and pump scheduling, a custom system that unites ordering, dispatch and quality cuts waiting losses significantly.
How the budget is built
We launch the workflow that saves you the most time first, then add modules based on real usage. The full scope below is calculated with 18 screens and 9 modules; the final price follows a free discovery call and a written scope.
Maintenance and improvements (optional): €550 / month. Hosting, SMS, WhatsApp and app store fees are listed separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can it connect to our batching plant automation?
Production recipes and weighing data can be taken from plant software that exposes its data; scope is settled during discovery.
Can customers place orders themselves?
Yes, regular customers can get a screen where they choose their site and request a pour.
Is mixer location tracked live?
Location is tracked during dispatch through the driver app or a vehicle tracking device.
Are sample crushing results stored?
Yes, samples linked to each pour and their 7 and 28-day crushing results are reported.
