In a greenhouse, yield is driven by climate, irrigation and crop protection; yet when the temperature drops at night, EC drifts or a crop is harvested before the interval after spraying has passed, often nobody notices. Exporters and supermarket chains, meanwhile, demand complete good agricultural practice records. In the system we build, every greenhouse compartment is monitored by sensors and you get an alert when temperature, humidity, EC and pH leave their thresholds. Fertiliser and spray applications are logged with product and dose, harvest is not allowed before the pre-harvest interval has expired, and labour timesheets and harvest crates are collected per compartment.

Problems we see among greenhouse growers
- Overnight climate problems only noticed in the morning
- Incomplete spray and pre-harvest interval records
- No idea which compartment gives what yield
- Seasonal labour timesheets kept by hand
Modules
Climate monitoring
Charts of temperature, humidity, light, CO₂ and soil moisture per compartment.
Fertigation
Nutrient recipe, EC/pH target and daily irrigation log.
Crop protection
Product, dose, applicator and pre-harvest interval control.
Harvest and quality
Crates, kilograms and grade recorded by compartment and date.
Labour timesheets
Daily workers, tasks done and labour cost per compartment.
Documents and traceability
Record reports ready for GlobalG.A.P. and GAP audits.
How it works day to day
- 1
At planting a new production cycle is opened for the compartment.
- 2
Sensors send climate data continuously and alert on deviations.
- 3
Fertigation and spraying are entered from the phone at the time of application.
- 4
Harvest is recorded by compartment and grade and the crate is labelled.
- 5
At the end of the cycle yield, cost and audit reports are prepared.

Integrations
Off-the-shelf software or custom-built?
When off-the-shelf is enough
For a grower with one small greenhouse, the climate controller’s own app and a simple logbook may be enough.
When custom software pays off
For multi-compartment operations that supply export markets or supermarket chains and go through certification audits, a custom system joining climate, application and harvest records gives both yield and documentary assurance.
How the budget is built
We launch the workflow that saves you the most time first, then add modules based on real usage. The full scope below is calculated with 18 screens and 9 modules; the final price follows a free discovery call and a written scope.
Maintenance and improvements (optional): €450 / month. Hosting, SMS, WhatsApp and app store fees are listed separately.
Frequently asked questions
Which sensors does it work with?
With climate control systems and wireless sensors that provide a data output; your existing equipment is reviewed during discovery.
How does the pre-harvest interval check work?
The product’s label interval is entered, and until it has passed no harvest record can be opened for that compartment and a warning is shown.
Can records be printed for an audit?
Yes. Fertigation, spray and harvest records are reported in the format the auditor asks for.
Will greenhouse workers find the app easy?
The interface is designed with few steps and visual cues, and workers see only the screens relevant to them.
