Are readings taken automatically from smart meters?
Consumption can be pulled automatically from meter and pedestal systems that offer a data feed; otherwise readings are entered on a tablet.
Can we set prices in euros?
Yes, contracts are defined in foreign currency and converted into your local currency at the rate on the invoice date.
Can foreign boat owners use the portal?
The portal is multilingual; owners can follow invoices and service requests in English.
