In summer, pool technicians visit dozens of villas and shared pools a day. pH, free chlorine and alkalinity readings go into a notebook, the chemicals used and which pool’s filter was backwashed are lost, and when the water turns green nobody can prove who did what and when. In the system we build, every pool is recorded with its volume, equipment and service frequency. Technicians see their route in the app and enter test readings and the chemicals used; an alert fires if a value is out of range. Consumption comes off stock and the pool owner receives a report after each visit.

Problems pool service companies face
- Test and chemical records kept on paper
- Visits skipped in the peak season
- No tracking of chlorine, acid and flocculant consumption
- Pump and filter faults noticed late

How it works day to day
- 1
The technician opens the day’s pool route.
- 2

They record the chemicals and treatments applied.

If there is a fault, they open a work order with a photo.
- 5
The visit report goes to the pool owner automatically.

Integrations
Off-the-shelf software or custom-built?
When off-the-shelf is enough
For individual technicians who look after a few pools, general field service apps can be enough.
When custom software pays off
For firms that run hundreds of pools in season with several crews and track chemical stock and contracts, a custom system delivers a clear gain.
How the budget is built
We launch the workflow that saves you the most time first, then add modules based on real usage. The full scope below is calculated with 15 screens and 9 modules; the final price follows a free discovery call and a written scope.
Maintenance and improvements (optional): €400 / month. Hosting, SMS, WhatsApp and app store fees are listed separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can data be pulled from automatic dosing units?
Values can be passed into the system from networked dosing and testing devices.
Can the off-season plan be different?
Yes, a separate service frequency is defined for each pool for summer and winter periods.
Can the pool owner see their own report?
A link is sent after each visit, and past readings can be followed on a chart.
Can we invoice chemical sales?
Chemicals and parts used outside the contract are added to the invoice as separate lines.
