In a play centre the price depends on time; on a busy weekend you cannot track with paper tickets which child came in when, who has gone over their time and which parent they belong to. Birthday parties taken by phone lead to room clashes and confusion over package contents. In the system we build, each child is registered at entry with a QR wristband, and the parent’s phone number and consent are recorded. As time runs out the till screen and the parent are alerted, overtime is calculated automatically at exit, and birthday parties are booked online with room, package and deposit.
