In the system we build, the measuring team enters room-by-room, window-by-window measurements on a tablet and adds photos. Fabric length and price are calculated automatically from the chosen fabric, fullness ratio and style; the approved job goes to the workroom, and once it is ready the fitting day is planned.

Yes. Fullness ratio, hem allowance and fabric width rules are defined per style.
Can the measuring crew work in a home without internet?
The measurement form is filled in offline and synced to the office when the connection returns.
Is fabric stock tracked too?
Remaining length per roll and cutting records are tracked, and a fabric that has run out triggers a warning on the quote.
Can the quote be sent to the customer visually?
A PDF quote is prepared with window photos, the chosen fabrics and an itemised price.
