In furniture retail customers often buy not what is in stock but a piece made to order in their own fabric, colour and size. A deposit is taken, the order goes to the factory and the item arrives weeks later; meanwhile the customer asks for updates, delivery dates slip and parts turn out to be missing at assembly. In the system we build, an order is recorded with model, fabric, colour and size options and the deposit and balance schedule is created. The factory order’s production and shipping status is tracked, a delivery and assembly day is offered to the customer once the item reaches the warehouse, and the assembly crew closes the job with photos and a signature.

Integrations
Off-the-shelf software or custom-built?
When off-the-shelf is enough
For small stores that sell only from stock, general sales programs can be enough.
When custom software pays off
For stores that work with made-to-order production, many suppliers and their own assembly crew, a custom system that links order, factory and assembly cuts missed lead times and complaints.

Maintenance and improvements (optional): €450 / month. Hosting, SMS, WhatsApp and app store fees are listed separately.
Frequently asked questions
Can factories update order status themselves?
Yes. A limited-access panel can be opened for the supplier, or the store can enter the status.
Can customers track their order?
A link sent to the customer shows the order stage and the delivery date.
How are the catalogue and prices entered?
Model and option prices are imported from Excel, and fabric grade price differences are set as rules.
Can it be used if the assembly crew is a subcontractor?
Yes. Subcontracted crews get an account that shows only the deliveries assigned to them.
