A gas installation job runs from survey through submitting the design to the network operator for approval, installation, pressure test, inspection and a connection appointment. When these steps are tracked in a notebook, customers keep asking what stage their job is at, and instalment payments get muddled. In the system we build, every job moves through survey, design approval, installation, testing and gas connection, and the customer is informed at each stage. Pipe, valves and fittings used come off stock, test results and photos are attached to the job, and instalments and due payments are tracked automatically.

Problems we see in installation firms
- Design approval and gas connection process not tracked
- Customers constantly asking for job status
- Uncontrolled stock of pipe, valves and fittings
- Instalment collections and IOUs getting muddled

Integrations
Off-the-shelf software or custom-built?
When off-the-shelf is enough
For single-tradesperson firms with few jobs, general quoting and diary apps can be enough.
When custom software pays off
For firms handling many design approvals, crews, stock and instalment collections, a custom system makes the workflow visible and faster.
How the budget is built
We launch the workflow that saves you the most time first, then add modules based on real usage. The full scope below is calculated with 18 screens and 10 modules; the final price follows a free discovery call and a written scope.
Maintenance and improvements (optional): €450 / month. Hosting, SMS, WhatsApp and app store fees are listed separately.
Frequently asked questions
Does it connect directly to the network operator’s system?
Operators’ application systems differ; the application status is tracked in the system and connections are built where an integration is possible.
Can the customer see the stage of their job?
An SMS or WhatsApp notification goes out at every stage change, and the status can also be followed on a status page.
Can we also manage boiler and radiator sales?
Yes, appliance sales come off stock and are put under warranty tracking by serial number.
Are credit sales with promissory notes tracked?
Instalment and note due dates are defined, and reminders go out for payments that fall due.
