Why Gulf Companies Work With Us
The choice for a UAE or Saudi company is usually between a local agency at local rates, an offshore team eight hours away, and something in between. Turkey sits in that middle position deliberately: our working day overlaps almost entirely with Gulf hours, so a question asked at nine in Dubai is answered before lunch rather than tomorrow.
Cost is meaningfully below local development rates without the coordination cost of a distant time zone. And culturally the distance is short — we work in Arabic and English daily, we understand Ramadan and Gulf weekend schedules, and we do not need the region explained to us.
Arabic-First, Not Arabic-Translated
Most software sold into the Gulf as multilingual is an English product with an Arabic language file. The difference shows immediately: interfaces that mirror badly, forms where labels sit on the wrong side, dates and numerals in the wrong format, and text that reads like a translation because it is one.
We design right-to-left from the beginning rather than flipping at the end. That means proper RTL layout in both the interface and the design system, Arabic typography with fonts chosen for screen legibility, correct handling of mixed Arabic and Latin text, Hijri and Gregorian date support where relevant, and content written by people who write Arabic rather than translate into it.

How the Commercial Side Works
Contracts, proposals and invoices are issued in English. We work in the currency you prefer and can accommodate the payment structures Gulf clients typically use, including milestone-based release against written deliverables.
NDAs are signed before commercial details are discussed. Where data residency matters, we can work entirely inside your own cloud accounts and repositories so that source code and customer data never leave infrastructure you control — which is often the deciding factor for regulated clients.
Working Together at a Distance
Remote delivery works when the process is explicit. Every engagement has a named technical lead, two-week cycles with a working build at the end of each, a written weekly summary, and full access to the repository and ticket board from day one so you can verify progress rather than request updates.
We can travel for kick-off, key workshops and launch where the project justifies it, and many clients find that one or two visits plus a disciplined remote process works better than a supplier who is nearby but unstructured.
