1. The Parties and the Subject

Buyer. The person or company placing an order through this website, using the details supplied at the time of the order.
Subject. This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the product or service identified in the order, and sets out the rights and obligations of both parties in accordance with Turkish consumer protection legislation governing distance contracts.
2. The Product, Price and Payment
The description, features and price of the product or service are as displayed on the relevant page at the time the order is placed. Prices include the applicable taxes unless stated otherwise, and any shipping or additional charges are shown before the order is confirmed.
Prices published on the website are valid until updated. A pricing error that is clearly evident does not oblige the seller to supply at that price, and where such an error occurs the buyer is informed and may cancel the order without cost.
Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout. The order is confirmed once payment is approved by the payment provider.
3. Delivery
Physical products are delivered to the address supplied by the buyer within the period stated on the product page, and in any case within the maximum period permitted by the applicable legislation. Digital products and services are delivered or made available as described on the relevant page.
If delivery becomes impossible, the buyer is informed and the amount paid is refunded within the period required by law. Delays caused by circumstances outside the seller’s control are communicated as soon as they are known.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Where the applicable consumer legislation grants a right of withdrawal, the buyer may exercise it within the statutory period from receipt of the product, without giving a reason, by notifying the seller through the contact details published on this website.
Certain categories are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law, including products produced to the buyer’s specification or personalised, digital content supplied without a physical medium once performance has begun with the buyer’s consent, and services that have been fully performed with the buyer’s consent.
Returned products must be in a resaleable condition with their original packaging and any accessories. Refunds are made using the original payment method within the statutory period.
5. Records, Disputes and Governing Law
The buyer accepts that the seller’s electronic records, including order records, system logs and correspondence, constitute evidence in the event of a dispute.
Complaints may be raised directly through the contact details published on this website, and consumers may also apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts competent for their place of residence, within the monetary limits announced each year.
This agreement is governed by Turkish law. In case of any inconsistency between this English text and the Turkish original, the Turkish text prevails.
