Prove the fun first

A good game is one the player wants to try once more, even after losing. Everything in our game work is aimed at that moment: a core loop that is understood in seconds, a difficulty and reward curve that feels fair, and small, game-like micro-animations that make every tap satisfying.

We concentrate on casual and hyper-casual games for iOS and Android. In this genre the idea has to be proven quickly, so we build a playable prototype with placeholder art first and test it before investing in full production. Only when the core loop works do we move on to art direction, level design and content.

Monetisation and analytics are part of the design from day one, not an afterthought. Rewarded and interstitial ads, in-app purchases and subscriptions are placed where they fit the game, and level-by-level drop-off data is used to tune balance after launch.

What the service covers

From the first prototype to live operations.

Game Design and Prototype

The core loop, level curve and reward system are validated with a short playable prototype.

Unity Production

Scene building, animation, physics, sound design and interface production under one roof.

Revenue Model

Setup of rewarded ads, interstitial ads, in-app purchases and subscription flows.

Performance Optimisation

Profiling and asset compression for a stable frame rate on entry-level devices.

Analytics and Retention

Level-by-level drop-off analysis and balance adjustments based on the data.

Corporate Gamification

Brand-specific mini games and reward mechanics for loyalty, training or campaigns.

Work delivered under this service

The projects below are examples of work we have delivered ourselves under this service.

  • 101 Okey Plus: mobile game development. Multiplayer infrastructure, ad SDK integration and release management for a game with millions of users.
  • Rüya Tabirleri (Sahna): content and ad infrastructure. Content and advertising infrastructure built to handle the high traffic of one of the popular apps on Google Play.

How we run the project

02

Prototype

A playable version with placeholder art is produced and tested.

03

Production

Art direction, level design and content production.

04

Testing and Balancing

Testing with real players; difficulty, rewards and ad placement are tuned.

05

Launch and Live Operations

Store optimisation, release and a seasonal content plan.

  • A game live on the iOS and Android stores
  • Unity project files and source code
  • Art assets and sound library
  • Game design document
  • Ad and purchase integration
  • Analytics dashboard
